Placing a Custom Order
custom orders will be served as first come first served.
to secure your spot, please make your payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. If payment isn't received by then, the order will be cancelled.
custom keychains take about 2–3 weeks to make, while custom figures require around 4–5 weeks (could be faster or slower). Please note, this doesn't include shipping time.
if you place an order consisting of both ready items (ready stock clay charm, stickers, pin, etc.) and custom orders, your items will be shipped together as one package when they're all ready!
please note that orders, including sketches for custom clay figures, will only be processed once payment is received.
please bear with me! as a one-person business, I handle everything from creating your orders to managing social media myself!

I recommend using Wise since it’s great for international bank transfers!
please note that a 50% down payment is required before I start on your order.
once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
any admin or transfer fees will be covered by the buyer.
Shipping & Tracking:
shipping is via Pos Indonesia.
once your order is shipped, i will send you your tracking info via Instagram DM in 1-3 business days.
please make sure your shipping address is correct. I'm not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping to US can take up to 15 days or more. please check with your local post office.
if your local post failed to attempt a delivery, it will be your responsibility to check in with your post office or to pick it up.
